1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Sifecye.com ("we," "our," or "the Studio"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our website and services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sifecye.com regarding your use of our makeup and visage services, including but not limited to bridal makeup, model makeup, and photoshoot makeup services.

2. Service Description

Sifecye.com provides professional makeup services for various occasions including but not limited to:

• Bridal makeup and consultations
• Model makeup for fashion shows and presentations
• Makeup for photoshoots and special events
• Makeup consultations and tutorials

The specific scope of services will be determined through consultation and confirmed in writing prior to service delivery.

3. User Obligations

3.1 Booking and Appointments

When booking our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete personal information
• Arrive at the scheduled appointment time or provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
• Pay any required deposits to secure bookings as specified in your service agreement
• Disclose any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to receiving services

3.2 Conduct

When using our services, you agree to:

• Treat our staff with respect and courtesy
• Follow all reasonable instructions regarding the makeup application process
• Not attempt to solicit our staff for services outside of official studio bookings

4. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse service in the following circumstances:

• If you have a contagious skin condition or infection
• If you appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• If you request services that could potentially cause harm or damage
• If you demonstrate abusive or inappropriate behavior towards our staff

We may be unable to provide services in certain circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, illness, or equipment failure. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your appointment.

5. Payment and Cancellation

Payment terms and cancellation policies include:

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to another date with sufficient notice
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost
• No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be charged the full service fee
• Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise specified in writing

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Sifecye.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Sifecye.com or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

By agreeing to receive our services, you grant us permission to:

• Take photographs of the makeup application results
• Use these photographs in our portfolio, website, and social media accounts
• Use these photographs for marketing and promotional purposes

If you wish to opt out of having your photographs used, you must notify us in writing prior to your appointment.

7. Liability Limitations

While we strive to provide the highest quality services, Sifecye.com's liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for any allergic reactions or skin irritations that may occur despite reasonable care
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for the longevity of makeup in extreme weather conditions or after client manipulation

It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to service. We recommend a patch test for clients with sensitive skin or a history of allergic reactions.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services:

• Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally through good-faith negotiations
• If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with local laws
• The arbitration shall take place in the jurisdiction where Sifecye.com is registered
• The language of arbitration shall be the official language of the jurisdiction

You agree that any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises.

9. Modifications to Terms

Sifecye.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sifecye.com is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
